How do I do that
The steps
We sit down together to discuss what your requirements and wishes are and what the possibilities are in the market. If you do not yet have a good idea of exactly what it is you want, I will help you to clearly map out your wishes so that we can get started. After the meeting you will have a good idea of what to expect from the buying process.
Step 1Based on your wishes, requirements, financial situation and search area, we draw up a strategic purchase plan. We determine the deadlines, contact moments and look for chances in the current market. With this plan, you know exactly where you stand.
Step 2I get to work for you: I use my network, if necessary send letters and flyers in the neighborhood where you want to live. And every day you will receive the new properties in your mailbox, so you are the first to know!
Step 3Is there an interesting listing among them? We make the appointment for you and of course I go with you. I prepare myself well, do the necessary research and use my network to have a better chance of getting the house if it is a match. We also take a look at the possibilities in terms of interior design and whether this could be your new home.
Step 4You have decided to buy the house, now the real work begins. I do all the research for you, look at the land register, the zoning plans, the VVE, the environmental law and more.
Step 5It's time to make an offer! Together we determine what kind of offer we will make, what negotiating room there is and what conditions we want to apply. No worries, I take care of everything!
Step 6Once the offer is accepted, I'll start working on the purchase agreement for you. We look it over completely, including the small print so you don't have to worry about it. If there are any legal checks needed, I will of course do this for you as well.
Step 7Yes, you bought a house! Just before the transfer it is time for the final inspection. I go with you and pay attention to the little things. In the unlikely event that something is not right, I will take care of it for you.
Step 8Time to sign! As your buying agent I will go with you, so you always have an experienced person at your side.
Step 9Finally you bought your dream home, how cool!

The start-up cost for the buying consultation is €395,-, this will be invoiced after signing the service order. The fee is negotiable and is only paid upon transfer through the notary.
